“We stayed at Pine Lake Resort as a couple and specifically chose and paid for a lodge because we wanted to enjoy the lake-view patio. This was a major reason for choosing the resort. We were not aware that some of the lodges, particularly several located at the back/end of the resort, do not have any lake view. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we discovered that our lodge was one of these properties, with no lake view at all. We spoke to reception, but were told that the resort was fully...
